We have many YouTube tutorials on our home page (www.inmatrix.com) :)

I've already replied to this via another answer to another suggestion. But just to recop i think many users would prefer a nelp file that's included with the program, including the links to you tube videos. I for one want to be able to access help directly from the program and not have to go visit a web site for the help. and i know from many conversations on this matter so do many others. (I've been visiting the giveaway project almost since it began back in late 2006 and have commented on many softwares. Indeed i've purchased many that come up to the standards that I like to see. I like your software; I just wish it had full support for Blue Ray (I know the MAX version has for unencrypted Blue Ray) and a fully fledged help file which contains Wiki like information on all aspects of DVD and Blue ray video s (decrypting, codec's etc). Thank you anyway for offering this software as a giveaway. I hope it brings in some sales for you after the giveaway ends.

That's great but it would be even better if you had an obvious help button on the player and links to those you tube videos via the help button instead of users having to ope up their web browser independantly of the application to visit your web site for these tutorials. Thank you for your reply. :)

I'd really like to see a comprehensive help file included with the player and not one that you have to go to the developers web site to access. It should explain in depth all of the ins and outs of playing videos via your player including descriptions of the codecs and why there are so many different ones.

Even experienced users get confused over these. Adding all this extra information, accessible directly from the application itself in my opinion would win more customers. You could give the user the option of including a comprehensive help file ( an add-on) or for those more bothered about smaller sized programs the basic program without the help file attached (which really is silly these days when you consider how cheap even a 3TB drive is these days - even taking into account the rise in prices due to the floods in Thailand). There are many users who would prefer this option as they don't (from my experience) like having to go off site (i.e. go online to someones site for the information), they like everything self contained. I'd be more inclined to purchase updates to such a program.
